BLS and Code Blue Emergency Workshop

The BLS (Basic Life Support) and Code Blue medical emergency workshop was conducted successfully at Santosh Medical College and Hospital, Ghaziabad. The workshop aimed to provide healthcare professionals with the skill and knowledge required to effectively respond to medical emergencies and improve patient outcomes.The workshop was conducted for the practical understanding 

The workshop saw enthusiastic participation from the Blood Centre including doctors, nurses, technicians, and medical students.

Experts from the Department of Emergency Medicine Dr Sakshi and Dr Nazia provided comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical demonstrations, ensuring participants gained a deep understanding of BLS and ACLS principles.

Blood bank Staff and non-teaching staff actively engaged in hands-on training sessions, demonstrating their proficiency in performing CPR, using AEDs, and managing various medical emergencies.

Conclusion:

The BLS and ACLS medical emergency workshop was a resounding success, equipping healthcare professionals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to respond effectively to medical emergencies. The workshop not only enhanced participants’ clinical competence but also fostered a culture of continuous learning and professional development in emergency medicine.
